Here at Lane End Farm we offer grasskeep to polo ponies in the off-season and retirement horses all year around.
We have a farrier and vet living onsite so can provide the best possible care for your string of polo ponies or beloved retired horse across our 100 acres.
We also offer rehab for your polo ponies to ensure that they’re back at their peak for the coming season.
